Where can we find sample games to look at?

Where do we find sample projects we can look at? I looked up and down and can only find the learning courses, but you have to build them out yourself. I'm interested in some sample projects that I can view.

Unreal has a whole collection of demos you can download. I never had a need for this before so never bothered looking, but now that I do have the need... was surprised that I could not find anything obvious.

 

And as I post this I find them on the asset store. Disregard.
