Where can I learn how to make a manager game in Unity?

Hi everyone. I would like to create a racing manager game, and I would like to ensure that when the race starts, the player basically does not drive the car but manages the race, perhaps deciding when to pit the drivers or their rhythms, since I haven't found anything, could you tell me if there are any books/PDFs/tutorials/etc... where to study/take inspiration from to allow me to manage the race?

 

Hi! I'm guessing you've heard of Motorsport Manager, but I thought that was a great series. The youtuber Quill18 did some nice let's plays of it.

I'm new to making games so sorry I don't have any dev advice, but I know Quill18 also does some Unity tutorials so maybe he's done one on this style of game too.

Exactly I'm referring to Motorsport manager, however I checked but unfortunately I have not seen her tutorials but only gameplay related to this game
