Feedback When will we see an instantaneous Create Node menu? (+ other UX issues)

    As you may be aware, the Create node menu in SG takes about a full second to pop up after you press space, which is very annoying. In this commit, we see that one of the comments mentions "searcher population is optimized and no longer hangs on load". However, I tried checking out this commit and the hangup is still there. Can devs share plans regarding this issue?

    The overall UX of shader graph is an extremely big deal and currently it's the main reason why a lot of people in the tech art community still advise everyone to stick with ASE and avoid SG, so I think this is really worth fixing/polishing sooner rather than later

    It seems Unity's whole GraphView framework has issues that makes it painful to use any tool built with it. Mysterious slowdowns, bugginess, etc... others have reported the same in previous threads. There is also a lot of very pertinent feedback that we haven't seen being acknowledged, such as:

    And by the way this thread isn't at all an accusation; it's just a request for communication regarding future plans for ShaderGraph. Regardless of what issues are in SG right now, if there is good communication, there is no frustration
