We can no longer adjust vsync from the editor while playing. They've moved it to a section of the menu that disables when playing. Reported as a bug - https://unity3d.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/IN-8288 They also did this mistake with the snapping tool, but managed to fix it. This one they won't fix? Another result of Unity not using their own editor to create anything.
