When Spine and UVS are used together, build time increases by a factor of 5 or more.

    Hi.
    I investigated the cause of monoBuild, which used to take an average of 40 seconds, but now it has exceeded 5 minutes.

    I am using Spine and UVS for my project.
    First, I installed Spine and uninstalled UVS and the build time was about 20 seconds.

    In another case, installing UVS and uninstalling Spine resulted in a build time of about 20 seconds.

    With both Spine and UVS installed, the build time was 3 to 5 minutes.

    I can reproduce this when I create a new project in the following environments

    Unity - 2021.3.3f1
    Spine RunTime - 4.0
    UVS - 1.7.3

    Any help would be appreciated.
