Today I noticed several forum users have the same avatar icon:

What genius came up with it? I had a good laugh!

I joined @jbooth 's movement as well because of the following statement he wrote:

"I have also personally received the feedback from several Unity employee's that "Only you care about this stuff", which I know is not the case."

I don't understand how some Unity devs can say that considering all the complaints about SRP headaches on the forums, social media, etc.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If Jason started it, it must be an important issue. He has done so much for making Unity more well-equipped for high-end rendering tasks, it's nuts that they brush him off like this.

Great, another "they start to implement a basically good idea, a bunch of people complain, they hit the breaks and take a 180 turn". Another happy day.
