When can we expect the next Tiny preview?

On every information I came accross, the only info given is that
"It is expected to arrive by Q4 2019"

well, we are nearly december, far past the middle of Q4 and no other info was given.

Is there any newer info on this?
Can we expect to see it in 2019, or should we only expect it by january or february?

Sorry if I look angry or something, the idea is just to know when can we expect the next one.
I am using and deploying projects with 0.16, but afraid to create a bigger "base engine"* on it, because we "will need to change some code for the next version"

Look at this post, i believe it is reply number 38 if the hyperlink fails, but you can manually override this block (I got mine download before the block, so I have never done those steps)
