WheelJoint2D Auto Configure seems broken

    Presupposing this should set a suspension type mechanism between two objects based on their current distance from one another, and that don't share the exact same space, this auto configure doesn't work.

    It makes the location for both objects (the body and the wheel) the same point in space.
