What's up with projects and courses not linked to tutorials they include?

Up until recently, I took only separate tutorials (and a few projects) from the Unity Learn section. However, I now decided to take a few courses and found that they include tutorials and projects I've already finished. I even found some projects that include tutorials I finished and still not showing those tutorials as finished for some reason.

To me, it looks like a very frustrating bug or oversight. Or am I missing something?
