What's the problem with the latest unity and SDK?

It's really Annoying that everytime I tried to build my project to android it always says that I need to update my SDK when I do there's an error appearing in the console and SDK won't update I even tried manually updating it and it still not working!?

I'va tried everything that I saw on other posts of this similar issue on this forum and it is still not good, Unity still wants me to update that SDK. So what's wrong with this? I hope someone can help me solve this issue it's getting really annoying and wasting time.

 

You may try doing it manually by putting the location of sdk and ndk manually in edit->preferences
and download sdk's and ndk's from android studio's website and not the one provided by unity.
