What's the meaning of new users?

    Obvious it's different from google's console data.
    So what's the difference?

    Hi, sorry for little late reply. I assume you are referring to the "Total new users" tab on https://operate.dashboard.unity3d.com, right?

    Google might have other ways to identity new users, e.g. by number of downloads from Google Play Store (which we don't have access to). If you have large discrepancy between the numbers, you are welcome to contact us with the numbers on unityads-support@unity3d.com, so our support team can take a closer look.

    Ok thanks.
    Other thing is that i think the dashboard has problems updating itself.
    When i load the page it takes so much timeee and it has no connection to my internet speed. The last 2 weeks it didn't even work.
    And today i had no impressions at all, weird...
