What's the difference between Animation Clips and Animator States?

    Just as the title says.

    It seems they're somewhat close to being the same thing, at some level.

    But I can't figure it out.

    The State is a holder that holds the clip, has several parameters and can have behaviors.
    The Clip is the actual animation file.
