What would you as a developer really like to see on the Asset store?

Products that have come out of developing an actual game or other application. They tend to be better tested and more fully thought out.

That is something that my team has thought well of. We only release assets that come out of our real games.

Example: We are creating a single player/Multiplayer networking Racing game and we have found that unity networking is very difficult to accomplish unless you Code these difficult and in most cases Unwanted GUI navigation menus. And these GUI menus didn't exactly fit our games theme, so we have taken our time to create THIS. Straight out of our game like you mentioned. :D

What i miss is something that is hard for anyone to provide :)

The perfection of easy cinematic appeal, like an easy and tested way to easilly setup interactions like we see them in top games (dialogs, appearence of bosses or even some cool pre defined moves, quest steps, characters emotions, traps etc etc), without scripting or visual tools. Like a big sample of possible situations/interactions you can adjust/alter in a very easy way.

The two major points will be that you will get a perfect result with a few clicks (that will replace the interaction targets and dialogs with yours in a streamlined easy way) and you will have versatility to further enchance the interaction from there with code and/or a visual tool (code prefered).

And of course will have an expanding big library of possible ready interactions.

Lucky for you, my team has begin working on a system we like to call, "Easy Interactions" to easily add interactions to your project with set prefabs like (Trap doors, and Cool military base coming from the ground when player enters a password in a computer) :D
