What type of 3d assets are on demand??

I have many prototype models i was planning to use for my games, turns out school is taking more of my free time as i had foreseen, for this reason, i am obligated to step down a little bit and focus merely on fine tuning my models, and put them up in the asset store for some one else to implement on their game.
I would like to know what type of 3d models are you looking for your game??
i have so far planned:
A car pack
A buildings pack
A furniture pack
A human characters pack

any suggestions for other packs?

Would a Terrain pack be appreciated here?

Preference for high or low poly??

 

Ninja and samurai, the store is packed with modern, scifi, monsters and medieval characters, but little attention is given to the asian genre.
