    My response to fail, improve, repeat is
    Release (to friends, family, testers), Rework (all the bits that didn't work), Repeat (the whole process)

    It doesn't flow as well as yours but does fit with the 3R's. I was thinking of adding Recover before the rework because some of that feedback can be brutal but who's ever heard of the 4R's?
