What to consider when developing games for gear vr

    hi, total newbie here

    I want to create a game for gear vr using unity. As i`ve come to learn there are many rules and restrictions for creating games like this.
    I`ve heard framerate on end product must be over 60fps on the oculus store. Correct?

    Im interested in creating a city where i can walk around (to begin with) and i found some city pack assets i would like to begin with. But im not sure witch one to choose as they seem to be quite different from eachother and i dont know witch one fits a mobile platform the most? Can anyone help me choose?

    1: (oculus ready is says, tells me nothing), best graphics though.

    2: ( seems very mobile friendly, but not that nice)

    3: ( a cartoon solution, works for me, but is it better/faster than the others still?)

    I would appreciate any help/tips i can get, as i said im new to unity, but i been really hooked lately on development and i would like to create a game for my gear vr. That CAN get into the oculus store one day. And i need to work on assets that wont be a major problem upgrading as time flies and technology gets better.
