Audio What the duck?

    I'm working in 2019.3.2f1 and Volume Ducking in the audio mixer seems completely broken. It behaves as though the input signal is constantly at 0.0db even when the send track is at -80db. I'm attaching screenshots with the send track at different volume levels, and the duck signal staying constantly at 0.0db.

    I've searched around and the documentation on the audio mixer for 2019 is pretty light.
