What software can I use?

    I was wondering what software could I use to make a fish tournament scorer app? Where a few buddies could enter their name and the weight of each fish that updates a leader board for that day? I don't think Unity could do this. Would update the score within a few seconds.

    A web page with a MySQL database and some simple scripting?

    I could use game center and somehow check the current time if its 6am then leaderboards can start for the day and at 8pm close. Once it closes restart the user's score.
