Hello. I am making a FPS game like halo 4, and I want a name for my game. I was thinking of something like, "Danger On The Horizon"...

Answering this post will really help me to...

Your name should have relevance to the game's story, and you haven't mentioned anything regarding the story.

do you have any plans for what you want your game to be like? other than "like halo 4"
sometimes a good name doesnt come to you until you are a way into development.
and if you really cant come up with anything try a random name generator like this one https://videogamena.me/

    How about SynergyGame
    or NotHalo
    or Another FPS

Danger on the Horizon could work(without the consideration of this name being "available")
Call it that. It could be a working title or it could end up sticking.

I have a new game I'm in the middle of. Its called PokeCore. It will definitely not stay like that, and I don't have a leet name picked out yet. The name will come when its ready. As of now, it fits(generally a mash up of Pokemon and Armored Core)
There is a zero percent chance it will stay like that. But it works for now.
There is a more than zero percent chance a better name will come to me as I am working on it, Im just not worried about it now.
Keep working on yours. One day, it will click.
"OMG!! Danger on the Horizon was horrible(it's not inherently, but for the sake of discussion), this new name I just thought of is so much betterer!!!

    Use Danger on the Horizon.
If you think of something better, don't use Danger on the Horizon.

The great adventures of a young lizard. You may require to do some adaptations of concept in your game, but that tittle is a winner.

No adaptation. That title is a winner no matter what kind of game your making.
Fallout 4? There is a lizard in your bag. Its all about him/her
Gran Turismo? Help me! Im stuck in the trunk!!
Gex? Well I cant think of anything lizard related with Gex, nevermind.

I'll expand upon this and include "setting" and "theme." A name can be based on either of those as well. But again, you've said nothing about any of those.

Danger on the Horizon is an okay name. It's a little vague though, and it implies certain things about your game, such as an impending fate of some sort. That's something you'd use when there's a danger that isn't present at the start or even for most of the game.

Well, my game is about a marine who gets stranded with his squad on an alien planet. he leads the group through the alien landscape, and when he finds hostile alien life -- "The Lost" as they are called--, he retaliates. The story goes on, and at the end, he gets back to the Galactic Authorities.

    How about "Lost in Space"
actually, im almost with Joe here.
I like "The Lost" but would be difficult to market.
I might like Lost Civilization but id fine tune that based on whatever plot twists happen concerning them.

You don't have to be good at naming things, as long as you can listen to yourself when you accidentally think of "the perfect name"

My goodness. You've made/are making a game, and you don't even have a concept of what to name it? Sit and think. It will come to you.

Even though some replies are nonsense (LaneFox ), they are more helpful than you think.
