Hello, I'm a new Unity independent developer. I'm wondering what should I do if my first game earn more than $100k and I'm using Unity Personal.
Should I pay for my game after the game earn more than $100k?

Moreover, if I have already earned more than $100k for my first game, and do I have to buy Unity for my second game?

If your first game does more then $100k per fiscal year you just get a Plus subscription (if you are under $200k per fiscal year) or the Pro subscription if you are over $200k per fiscal year.
Then just republish your game with the new licensed version of unity.
If you are having a year that you do not make $100k per fiscal year sure you could use unity Personal license again.

Thanks for your reply. But what I truly want to ask is that if I buy a Plus subscription and republish my game, how many months should I pay for?
e.g. Can I subscribe and re-publish my game, then cancel the subscription after the first month? Or I have to pay as much as I spent my time on the game development. (Let's say I spent 10 months, and should I pay 10 months * 2 seats * $35 = $700?)

Subscriptions are a 1 year minimum. You can't cancel after a month. You have to use the proper version based on your previous fiscal years revenue.

Subs are 1 year minimum, and then after that it's pay as you go.
If you cancel your sub after 1 and a half years though, and then want back in, it's 1 year minimum again.
