When I create a build of my game what files should be included in i.e a zip file that I want to send to a friend or whatever?

I just made a build and sent it to a friend, but Windows blocked the .exe from running; saying it could be harmful for this computer? Did I do something wrong building my game?

I'm using Photon Unity Networking in my game. Do I need to create a Installer for the game in order for Windows not deleting the .exe file?

I haven't run into this problem with my Unity builds. You should only need to put ProjectName.exe and ProjectNameData into a folder, zip it up, and give it to a friend.

I found this article that might be useful to allow Windows to run the program: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/fix-windows-blocked-access-file
