What should be done to publish to iTunes?

    Hey, I am an android user and always published for android only. So do I need to pay 99$ to deploy my app in iTunes?

    yes, 99usd/year.

    also having Mac computer and some ios phone/ipad is quite necessary..
    (to make building and testing easy)

    I believe it can be done on windows pc using virtual machine?
