What license do the example assets included in the 2020.3 URP project template use?

Hi! I would like to use the example assets in the 2020.3 URP project template in a shader tutorial. These assets are a room under construction with half finished walls and a work table, complete with models and textures. I cannot find any information about what license these assets fall under and a license text file is not included in the project template.
