    Pretty sure those aren't from Unity... I'd have a look at what other apps you have running. Perhaps a screen capture program?

    Oh it was Nvidia GeForce Experience Latest Driver Update specifically the Share Feature.
    Thank you both for your help. By default it was turned on.
