What is the reason for cooldown (on a Unity Plus account)?

    I have Unity Plus and just now started a build, which finished very quickly due to an SSH key problem. I fixed this and started it again, and now it's saying "on cooldown" for 20 minutes. What is the reason for this? Surely there isn't a 1 build per 20 minute limit, is there?

    There is a limit. Couldn't find the right link but if you look at the screenshot here it confirms a cooldown (might have changed from 30 to 20)

    Even if it's on cool down you can delete the selected target and configure it again, so you don't have to wait.
