Title says it all (please remove if off-topic).
Do you mean where Unity puts asset bundles? I'm not sure their API specifies that. This lets them change it in the future.
If you want to write files yourself, the recommended way to find where to create the file is to use this property:
Not necessarily the asset bundles but anything it downloads. I'm not familiar with the file system (dir structure, default download directories, access rights, etc.) on android.
I'm not sure what you mean by this. Your code (or plugin code) is what does the downloading, not Unity.
Asset bundles is the only thing that has predefined location for downloads. Anything else is kept in memory unless you explicitly save it to location of your choice.
