Is anyone working with NetCode for a MMO or similar?
Last I heard of it, it couldn't selectively choose whose players gets which ghosts, meaning every single player in the whole MMO would need to see everything all the time, or so I understood.
Any other things you still can't do it with it?

There are many things that would make the existing high level implementation a bad choice for an MMO. The system being worked on at the moment is focused on being a solution for games that need to simulate and share a somewhat small set of objects with high responsive. This does well for FPS style games. An MMO has a much different set of constraints and this networking solution will never be suitable for it as it isn’t trying to solve networking for that space. At this point in time you would need to build you own solution on top of the low level API.

Do you know if they have any plans on making a more generic high level API that could be used for MMO soon™?
