Question What is the best way to reprogram what XR controllers do?

For example, i would like to change my projects control scheme so that it uses the analog stick to teleport instead of the grip button. I'm not sure what the best practices are for this, so i decided to ask for help before screwing around for a hour fruitlessly. Thank you!
