Question What is the best "Boing boing" asset

Hi all,
You know if something is a game that has -boing boing elasticity-.
Is there any asset that I can do it easily by just putting a script on it and changing the options?

Lets say we are doing a merge game and we combine cars, houses and walking characters, how can we make a delicious professional-looking boing effect on merge?
