I see Stack Lit master node in Shader Graph. But I could not find any documentation about it. May be I am blind. Could anyone please link me it?

It seems like it's some kind of an advanced HDRP Lit Material. I wonder if it supposed to be used for automotive rendering only or there are other cases. It would be great to have some documentation for all the options available in the Master Node settings.

I dont think its automotive only, as its a great idea with alot of applications. Having 3 stacked layers/materials could yield some very good results.

StackLit is meant for visualizations / higher end rendering (so not really targeted at game use). StackLit isn't to be confused with LayeredLit which is about layering multiple materials.

Docs don't really explain Stack Lit much but it's essentially a way to stack different HD Lit surface options (SSS, ansitrophy, iridescence etc) with single shader, hence the name StackLit. As it's meant to be used on visualizations, it does have additional options on top, higher quality implementations for things like clear coat etc. Doing all this at once does come with a cost so you should use it sparingly.
