What Is On (Secret) Sale?

Where did you see those sale prices? I see the normal price for those. I know Unity is working on a way to let publishers do more official "Sales", to avoid the need for people to seek them out... but that's not ready yet as far as I know.

 

Strange. I was just casually browsing the categories, and it's displayed like that. There are more of them.
