Is the Asset Store down for some kind of brief repairs? I just attempted two separate purchases using two separate cards of mine (yes my cards are 100% fine and I got paid today) and neither card was able to be processed. I tested the cards on a separate website, and they are working completely fine, so what's up with the asset store? To anyone wanting to make purchases on the asset store, be careful, due to these charge attempts from the asset store, I've already received email notifications of potential fraud so I'm not trying any other purchases from the asset store until it's working again.

Yep, I've had checkout fail multiple times recently as well - a few weeks back but tried several days later and then it worked. In the last few days, fails as shown below. As a result I couldn't grab the previous publisher of the week gift. Just tried now for the current one, but adding it to cart and then attempting to checkout/continue is failing at url
    https://pay.unity.com/asv2/orders/#############/checkout
(I replaced order number with # characters before pasting that).

    The error, in Chrome:

"The HTTP 431 Request Header Fields Too Large response status code indicates that the server refuses to process the request because the request's HTTP headers are too long. The request may be resubmitted after reducing the size of the request headers." (source)

Very interesting. That's not what I was getting. I received a message saying that the payment failed to process at this time. Visually, the site appeared completely fine, so initially I figured it was my cards, until I confirmed that they both work fine. If there are in fact repairs being done, it's pretty frustrating (and unprofessional) that they wouldn't put up a 'Temporarily Under Maintenance' page until it was done. Not every card company will send you warning emails. Sometimes, your card will simply just get disabled and I can't have something like that happen just because the people at Unity don't feel like putting up a temporary away page.

The asset store is still acting up! My cards are perfectly fine, and I've used them before on the asset store, so what is going on with unity's asset store?! Is there no one who has an ETA of when this is going to be fixed??

Hi everyone. I also had the 431 error issue as soon as I tried to do the check out on my windows pc with chrome. I tried same on my phone with chrome and the payment worked without a hitch. Right now 12 hours later the same holds true, checkout works from android phone chrome, but not windows pc chrome. Anyone else tried other platforms out there?

Hi everyone. Here's what worked for me. I tried checkout on Edge instead of Chrome, works on edge. Went to chrome, cleared cookies and cache, no joy. Disabled third party cookies, no joy.
Finally completely removed chrome and re-installed fresh. Worked. Seems like something went wrong with chrome on my pc.
Not sure why the header got so big, suspected a virus or some tracker adding onto the header which made it too large.
Anyone who knows more about this stuff please reply so we can get to the bottom of this thing.

In the mean time for me the solution was just to completely re install chrome.

Odd... Tried FireFox worked. Uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome - didn't work. Cleared Cookies and Other Site Data as well as Cached Images and Files on Chrome - then it worked
