what is "Fix In Review" means?

    It means that the fix has been committed and pushed in our source control, but has not yet landed in any Unity release. It means it could be in multiple stages: running automated tests, waiting for code review, waiting to be merged or being tested by QA.

    Small follow-up questions:
    When it say "Fixed in 2020.3.X" does that mean the fix will appear in the next 2020.3 release or the fix will be included also in older 2020.3 version?

    It will be included in a 2020.3 release - doesn't necessarily mean next one. Issue tracker should generally say which exact version it landed to in the description. Let me know if you want me to look up a particular one for you.

    another follow-up question:
    what "Under Consideration" means? for example: Under Consideration for 2021.3.X
    does it means unity team was able to reproduce the issue, and they're condidering if it should be fixed or not?

    It probably means they are concidering when (and if needed if) it will be fixed. Doesn't require reproduction by the team afaik

    It means a bug is open for that specific branch/version of Unity and devs didn't get to it yet.
