You need consider the fact, if your game does not offer what it describes, player will ask for a refund. It would be unwise on your part, trying to ban anyone. You asking yourself for negative reviews. Players comes and players goes. Some just want spent at most few hours, playing specific game. Don't want to be tied up with some subscriptions.

Also, for such model, you better be sure, your game has strong multiplier features, with solid user base. Nothing more upsetting, like no matches to play, or long waiting in the lobby.

In such cases, player may want to refund, or cancel any future payments.
If I paid for a month of service and cancel future payments, I expect my service to terminate no earlier than month pass. But I also expect, it won't be an issue to renew service in halve or year later. But if you ban me, oh tough time for your review score.

So just be aware of banning practices and following consequences.

Agree with what @Antypodish said, theres a reason most subs are monthly rolling and let you leave at any time. You are otherwise creating a business model that discourages players from trying out your game, for fear of being locked into a sub.

It just sounds like a bad way to go about this in general and I think you really need a rethink of what is important to users/customers when making decisions about what games to play and purchase/sub to and whether your plans align with that.

This reminds me of how adobe force you to pay to get out of your subscription, which usually backfires and makes users leave them for good once they see that screen.

You cancel their subscription immediately. Since you're ignorant to how to properly handle bans you're most likely ignorant to what happens when someone disputes a charge which is almost assuredly what will happen when someone is being charged for an account they can't use.

When someone disputes a charge and they're successful the merchant has to pay a small fee for it. That fee is typically anywhere from $20 to $100 per incident.

Furthermore there is a maximum number that is allowed to occur with that number typically being 1 out of every 100 orders. If you surpass that number you are penalized.
