What if the Hub had a scan for and trim Unity projects option?

    The Hub could add:
    1. A scan for Unity projects feature.
    2. A reduce for archive Unity Projects feature*.
    *Unity generates a lot of additional processed files that speed up things when you are working on your game but are just bloat for old projects, ideally these files would be stored in a temporary cache area and be discarded over a certain age but Unity leaves them in your project folder.

    If you have tried moving a Unity project and found that it's slow these thousands of small generated files are probably the issue. Being able to remove these generated files would greatly reduce project bloat although make opening and working on these projects again a bit slower.
