Hello, I just have a question.
If someone who doesn't own playmaker opens a project that has playmaker in it, does the script still work or does it just give them errors? I use playmaker just to make some stuff easier so I can take shortcuts with coding, but yeah, this is my question.

The answer would lie in the license agreement for that product.

Well, as Kurt said, the answer is in the license that you have agreed with when you bought Playmaker. The answer is quite simple: You are not allowed to share that project with someone who doesn't have playmaker as it requires a per seat license. Playmaker is an "Extension Asset". Read section 2.3.2 and section 2.4 of the AssetStore EULA carefully. Section 2.4 even has an example case.

Keep in mind that you are not allowed to share any paid asset with people who are not part of your company / entity / team. Though "Extention Assets" specifically must be licensed on a per seat basis.

So watch out. Just because a lot of people putting their complete project including paid assets on github, doesn't mean that's allowed. They most likely violated the EULA of those assets and could get sued for distributing the source asset files.
