What happened to LOD bias at 2019.3b6 with HDRP 7.x?

    IM change LoD bias in project quality, but nothing happened. Before all was working fine.
    Or now we need to do another action for control LoD bias???

    Just because when I googled this, this was what came up with no answer...

    LOD Bias is in your HDRP asset.
