Question What does this mean in Target API? Question also about updating Android SDK

    I was wondering what these API levels mean in the Target API Level, it looks as if levels 29 an 30 are supported but, somehow not.. When I try to build with them I am asked to upgrade. I have not tried that yet because I'm afraid it might change things for other projects. So I have two questions:

    I was wondering if there's something wrong with my Unity installations(?) since all those from 2019.3.12 all the way to the 2019.4.8 show the same target levels, despite (as I understand) they already support 29 and 30.

    Will an SDK upgrade (via the Editor) also affect other projects or just the one in the path which Unity?
