What does "RealTime ' Baked ' Mixed" really do in directional lights?

    Hi there guys, I need to know what these exactly do. When I put this on Mixed everything looks awful !!!
    But on Real Time mode looks better.

    I need to know which of these modes are better and what is the difference between them
    Thanks a lot.
