What assets would you want to see in Marketplace? 2018 edition.

What kind of assets do you find lacking in the store, that you would like to see?

I have all kinds of unused code bits, systems, UI, art, sound, laying around. Looking to see what you guys would want the most. Things that aren't the same ol same ol.
There are already tons of houses, Main menu, horror related stuff.

At one point I was working on a plant growing system.
plant seed, seed sprouts, grows in stages based on time, harvestable.
You just put in your own models, and name the plants.
Would something like that be something of interest enough to sell?

 

Can't find sprites/textures in the UAS to create games in the style of doom 1993 and the like.
