    Hello there fellow Unity-ers!
I am finally going to get my hands dirty working on an android game project, and i'd need your help to know which assets i should get/buy to make this concept:

-the game should have a 3d cell shaded enviroment, with 2d characters sprite shaded (
    like this)

-Is possible to make a basic "naked" sprite and animate it and put customizable clothes on it?

-the game is all about heists, and i would love to make every mission in a procedurally generated map, with set parameters (example : size, total number of guards and loot, one level set in a bank, one in a mansion, etc)

-enemy AI should patrol the map and have a certain cone of view. This cone of view should be smaller when the player is in "casing mode" (no masks on),and wider once masked. Also, the player should be able to hide in the shadows

-in pre-scripted points,or if the player gets spotted, more enemies should come in a sort of wave mode

-the player controls his main character with a "joystick" and the 3 other members with a point and click method

-RPG Classes system: every character has to be a different class with different equipment/powers

-Combat system:the player controlled characters should attack every ai enemy in the range of their firearms. If possible,i would also make some kind of old-school boss fights with a turn based combat system a-là Southpark (the player has a sort of active control on the attack power) as a end level fight

Hope you guys can help me :) sorry for any typo/grammatical HORROR.Thanks in advance

(These are all just my opinions of course.)

This is a timely question! There was a presentation on 2D characters at Unite 2014. Also, Yuriy Nikshych wrote a Gamasutra article "Creating Customizable 2D Characters in Unity 3D" which might be exactly what you're looking for.

There are a few procedural dungeon generators on the Asset Store. I think DunGen is fantastic.

I really like Behavior Designer for general AI. RAIN{indie} is another product that's free and includes a sensory system (e.g., cone of view).

Core GameKit. It's all about spawning and waves. Behavior Designer integrates with it nicely, too.

There are lots of input and control products. I don't have a specific recommendation.

It sounds like your game isn't a traditional RPG, so it would probably be best to design and implement this feature yourself for your game's specific needs.

You might look into Easy Weapons and Turn Based Battle System.
