    I may be wrong, but I don't think he's using one. The character will do nothing to avoid a collision if an object is in between him and his destination.

    I was looking in.

    No pathfinding. It's a straight "move to waypoint" setup. I am going to add a navigation mesh to make it a bit less collision ridden, so you're not cozying up to ubermushrooms and the like all the time...but in the future.

    With that, I disappear again.

    no need to be sorry, these are my first sculpts, but that one is modular bay door I'm working on for a building. I'll post some renders of how it fits in.

    For me, a little "crisp" and "sharp" but nice!

    I know =/ the bevel tool never really works out the way I want it too :(

    Looks great Wade, but the wood is a bit too shiny IMO, perhaps normal maps could help?, and the texture on the sides of the lid could use a little work (the textures don't match up well there, maybe another metal brace could help?).

    You do not have rights over at least the character model. That is clearly from Counter Strike: Source. Be careful of copyright infringement. Owning the game and being able to make a Source Mod does not mean you can use the characters, models etc in another game engine.

    Ok...so I'm guessing people have been wondering what the title screen of Princess will look like. WoWlike elements aside, there's only so much to do on a title screen.

    Oh, and the missing password box is on purpose. I have a cool P2P experiment that will be conducted in Princess...

    One question I do need to ask - I'm saving the logo as 32-bit PNG. For some reason, the colors messed up after I applied the hand AA to the logo. Does anyone else have PNG issues like that, or do I just need to save smarter?

    Yeah,I know that the tiling is not so good....
    Sadly,the textures look nice only with normal maps on :(

    Here is the last update for OMEGA DASH :

    - 1 New level.
    - 1 New transformation.
    - 1 New weapon : the blasters.
    - 1 New close combat camera.
    - A New interface.
    - And now it seems that i've got a game play.

    Decided that I ought to learn normal mapping, so I downloaded xNormal and build a quick AK-47 as a test. The normal map is a little rough here and there, and I kinda mailed in the texture, but I'm happy with my progress.

    The transformation idea is really cool. I would never be hind to pull that off as it would never be able to negotiate the logic threshold of my brain. Unless I could come up with a viable excuse as to why it couldn't just have all the weapons on a single form.

    Cheerio - game background - there will be a big tree in the middle so the background sky I left rather empty because of that :)
