what AR tool is better for placing content at a location permanently

    hello, I am building an AR application for IOS and I want my AR content to stay in one place even if restart the application what is the best tool to use for his application? I already tried Vuforia with Image target by I don't want to use image targets. I am thinking of "model targets" in vuforia, but I would like to know if there are better tools in AR foundation. please let me know if there are any other tools that are more robust.

    sorry, I was not clear, I just want the AR content to scale properly to the target. I have got a flow rack (a rack with different parts like screws, nuts, etc) with containers for different parts and I want to display the number of parts in the container so I want the number to be displayed on top of each container. if I use image targets the AR content is displayed only when the whole flow rack is in the field of view of the camera but if I move close to the rack the AR content disappears. is there a way to tackle this problem?
