Requirements

• Matchmaker is only available to customers who are using Game Server Hosting (Multiplay) as their provider.
• The Matchmaker service is rate-limited per player ID. Please see the Troubleshooting page here.

How to report bugs with Matchmaker

Ideally, we'd like any bugs reported through the Support link in the service "About & Support" page for your project in the Unity dashboard.

There is also a bug reporter tool, but it's not the preferred way to reach out to us. For instructions on how to file bugs through the Unity editor, please go here.
