Welcome to the Cloud Code service forum. You can use this forum to ask for help, share feedback, and have discussions about Unity's newest cloud scripting solution.

    Resources
To learn more about what you can do with Cloud Code, take a look at the Solutions page.

Cloud Code is part of Unity’s offering for Game Backend, along with other Beta services like Economy and Cloud Save, and generally available products like Remote Config.
FAQs are available on our website.
Cloud Code documentation can be found on our new documentation site.

    Requirements
    • Cloud Code is currently available in the Unity Dashboard and CLI
    • The package is being developed for users of Unity 2020.3 and beyond.

    Getting started

You will first need to sign up for the service in Unity Dashboard. Once you complete the signup process and agree to the Terms of Service, you will be able to access all UGS services.

Following the instructions after the signup process, you can find the Cloud Code package in the Package Manager.

    What's next
The team is hard at work enhancing Cloud Code. In the near future, Unity will expand the features available for the service, prioritizing them based on the feedback we receive.

    Feedback
In terms of feedback, we're especially looking for:
    • Use cases that are important to you and your projects
    • Workflows that are unclear or missing
    • Features you'd like to see in future releases
    • Questions or feedback on our documentation and educational content
    • Reflections on what has been challenging for you when it comes to implementing your game using these new Unity services.
Please share your feedback as new posts in this forum.

How to report bugs with Cloud Code
Ideally, we'd like any bugs reported through the Support link in the service "About & Support" page for your project in the Unity dashboard.

There is also a bug reporter tool, but it's not the preferred way to reach out to us. For instructions on how to file bugs through the Unity editor, please go here.

Once you have submitted a bug report, please feel free to start a new post on it here in the forum.
