Bug "welcome to a new beta"

    no time to decipher the new bugs but here is a repro:
    1. create a new project from the hdrp sample scene template
    2. open the project
    = this welcome message

    I think I've read that Burst 1.6.0 had a problem with certain characters in the path of the project. You either try a different subfolder, or update burst to 1.6.3.
