Weirdness with inverse kinematics

    I have tried applying inverse kinematics to make my player character hold a weapon using this tutorial:

    But the player crouches when I hit the play button:

    I created the player model using blender and make human if that helps find a solution.
    Please help.

    Does anyone have a solution to this? Please I have been searching for days and found nothing. Please help.

    I have this same issue as well. The player sinks through the ground to waist level and at the same time does the weird crouching thing. Did several google searches and found nothing.
