Bug Weird text display issue in some Unity panels

Hi,
I have no idea how to fix this, and can't get things done without it fixed.
Some windows, when I open them, don't display text. Instead, they show weird little boxes. WHY?!
And how do I fix it?
I'm on MAC, just trying to build for WEBGL and trying to check that my WEBGL package is up to date, but I can't read anything. Also, can't publish. I'm sure I saw it in another window at some point, too.

May be related to the way some letters vanish from some text on some windows sometimes, too? I can work around that.
