weird post processing stack V2 on unity 2019.1.0f2

    hello,

    i have just downloaded the last update of unity, started working on it but discovered a lot of problems with existing packages.

    updated them but still have problems with mainly used Post processing stack V2.

    i checked all filters and the bloom effect is not responding correctly.
    a value of Zero is ok, but more than 0 return a black screen like you can see on my screenshot

    But the problem is not only appening on bloom because it appears also on Chromatic aberration, Color Grading HDR or LDR (not external), Grain, and Vignette in wich you can set a purple color, it will only output a black result.

    i checked all parameters and it seems that only Intensity of each filter non set to 0 will have this result.
