    Is this supposed to be in the 2019.2.1f1 release notes?

    Please add relevant links.
    Don't expect anyone to type in whole address.
    Also regarding title, please make it descriptive.

    He has a problem with Output/input. It's a common problem, you output too early before input has registered. Thus IO is much better than OI
